Weekend Waffles
Gluten-Free and Flax-Filled
I make these on weekend mornings, and they’re always a hit. I love them smothered in grass-fed butter and raspberry jam. My daughter snacks on them throughout the day, and it makes me happy to get healthy fiber into my kids (and me) in a delicious way.
I use almond flour, gluten-free oats, banana, and lots of flax!
